Immigration and Feminism
March 07 -- We screened excerpts of "MY AMERICAN DREAM: How Democracy Works Now" at an unusual venue -- Barnard's 32nd annual Scholar & Feminist Conference, “Fashioning Citizenship: Gender and Immigration”.

We were part of a wonderful panel with fellow POV alum Natalia Almeda who made the great "Al Otro Lado", novelist Bharati Mukherjee and writer/journalist Ana Maria Menendez (famous for: "In Cuba I was a German Shepherd").

Film Forum Screens our "Sneak Preview"
In October of 2006 we were very happy (and honored) to be included in a special program at NYC's Film Forum marking the tenth anniversary of the Open Society Institute's Soros|Sundance Documentary Fund.

The cream of the films funded by the the Fund were screened, plus only one "work in progress" -- our "My American Dream."
